I have yet to work with a client who doesn’t want to change (at least) one thing about themselves.
And since our bodies are the only carrier we have for this life, it makes me wonder – how are we caring for them?
And what is our relationship to our bodies?
I talk and coach a lot about relationships, but it’s important to know that your body is not just your level of health.
It’s about how well you…
- care for it
- sleep
- love it
- think of it
- and so much more.
In a way, I’m making it sound separate from you – but when we can take a step back and look at our bodies as something to take care of – it gives you the chance to do something for your body.
Because when we try to do it for “ourselves”, it always gets thrown on the back burner.
So how are you caring and nurturing yourself?
If you’re like many, you may put the needs of others ahead of yourself and your body.
But eventually you’ll burn out and crash if you aren’t making yourself the #1 priority.
This is your life!
It should be about you – and you’re in this body.
