So today we’re diving into regulating your emotions, and how essential oils can help you do just that.
It’s finally been established that there IS a mind-body connection.
How we are feeling physiologically, affects our mood and emotional health. And it can affect our physical health as well – they are all intertwined.

Made from the earth and ingredients that are already in nature, they work in our body the same way they work in plants to protect from viruses, damage, etc.
Essential oils can get into your cells and regulate the three brains and help to support you when you’re feeling:
