Have you ever made a decision and then wondered why you made it?
Then you go to the doctor and find out you’re suffering from diabetes, high blood pressure, or just being overweight.
In just one year, I gained 90 pounds. And then 30 more 12 months after that.
I threw myself under the bus trying to save everyone else.
And as I’ve crawled out from that whole, and stepped into the power of taking care of my health,
Today I want to encourage you to become the CEO of your body and health.
When I gained the weight, it was because I was supporting someone else instead of myself.
My inner rebel would convince me I “deserved” that bread, that snack or that treat.
And you might have one too – so that it’s 5-10 years later and you haven’t made the changes you promised yourself you’d make.
When you decide to becomce the CEO of your body and health, you make the right choices for you.
I stepped into my CEO power by focusing on my WHY – why I wanted to be here, what was important to me, and how to live the best life I can.
And I now talk to my inner rebel, and all the parts inside of me that disagree or have negative talk, but I stand in my power as CEO.
Now I’d love to hear from you: What’s been your biggest frustration or hurdle to becoming the CEO of your body and health? What do you think you need to do to step into that role?

What did you do to take control of your life? I have tryed so many diets, that didn’t work. I haven’t gave completely up yet. So that’s why I ask what did you do? I’m willing to keep trying until I find something that will help me.
